Yes, we ship internationally. However, there are some countries or regions that have blocked or made strict restrictions on international shipping. It takes 5-15 working days for shipping and delivery. Please note that this estimation excludes local holidays. And given certain unavoidable causes (e.g., customs clearance), or misinformation (e.g., incorrect address or contact information), there may be a delay.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks of the product being received. In addition, the withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
