It takes 10-20 working days for shipping and delivery. Please note that this estimation excludes local holidays. And given certain unavoidable causes (e.g., customs clearance), or misinformation (e.g., incorrect address or contact information), there may be a delay.
Yes, we ship internationally. However, there are some countries or regions that have blocked or made strict restrictions on international shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks of the product being received. All claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
